Contact form
If you send the form, I receive the data you provide: your name or company name, phone number or e-mail address and the content of your message. I use it only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name and a phone number or e-mail I will not be able to reply. I do not make automated decisions about you or profile your data.
To protect the form against spam, the server keeps a hash (not the address itself) of the sender’s IP address for one hour and then deletes it.
How long I keep your data
I keep messages for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or any resulting cooperation, and then delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just contact me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
The website contains a regular link to my Instagram profile. Until you click it, Instagram receives no information about your visit. Once you go to Instagram, Meta’s privacy policy applies.
Hosting and e-mail
The website and the mailbox run on servers provided by LH.pl, which stores data only on my behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. Messages from the form go to the kontakt@adrianweb.pl mailbox. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Like any server, the server hosting this website may keep technical connection logs (e.g. IP address, time of visit) to ensure security and proper operation.
