Terms of use

This is an English translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

These terms set out the rules for using the adrianweb.pl website, including the contact form. They apply from 18 October 2026.

1. Service provider

The owner of the website and the service provider is Adrian Modzelewski, al. Legionów 29/9, 80-444 Gdańsk, Poland. Contact: phone +48 453 130 220, e-mail kontakt@adrianweb.pl.

2. Services provided by the website

I provide the following electronic services free of charge:

Sending the form does not mean entering into a contract for building a website. The terms of any cooperation (scope, timeline, price) are agreed individually.

3. Technical requirements

All you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled. To send the form, you need a phone number or e-mail address I can reply to.

4. Start and end of the agreement

The agreement for browsing the website starts when you open the website and ends when you leave it. The agreement for using the form starts when you begin filling it in and ends when you send the message or decide not to send it. You can stop using the services at any time without giving a reason.

5. Rules of use

It is prohibited to send unlawful or offensive content, spam or advertising through the form. I may leave such messages unanswered.

6. Complaints

If the website or the form does not work properly, write to kontakt@adrianweb.pl or call +48 453 130 220. Briefly describe the problem and tell me how I can contact you. I will reply within 14 days.

If you are a consumer, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, e.g. the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland.

7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the privacy policy.

8. Copyright

The content, photos, logo and design of the website are protected by copyright. Copying or using them without my permission is prohibited. The screenshots in the “Work” section show websites created for clients.

9. Changes to the terms

I may change these terms for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law or in the website’s features. The new version applies from the date it is published on the website. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Civil Code.
